The 'Elitėja' factory is located in the industrial part of the city, within the former premises of one of the largest wood processing plants in Lithuania. The factory operates four workshops: solid wood parquet, double-layer parquet boards, final processing, and carpentry, employing over 100 staff members. Nine computerized convection drying chambers guarantee a continuous supply of properly prepared raw materials for production. Extremely strict standards are adhered to here. Oak is sent to production only after reaching the required moisture content of 8-7%. The production process is meticulously monitored at every stage to ensure the highest quality of the products.
Extremely precise and high-quality German machines are used in production, ensuring highly accurate product parameters. We gain a competitive advantage by combining machine work with the skilled craftsmanship of our team. Specialists manually fill each branch with special filler. Once grouted, suitable boards are selected and sent to the sanding machine. The final and one of the most crucial stages is the wood coating. Most of our production is coated with BONA UV using the latest finishing line, which meets the highest quality standards, with our technologists playing a key role in its improvement.
For customers seeking non-standard solutions, we offer UV oil, UV varnish, as well as wood brushing and smoking.

The heart of the company is the sawmill, located on the outskirts of Panevėžys, surrounded by nature. The sawmill consists of two processing workshops, employing 32 specialists in their field. Many of these specialists are long-term employees, sharing their experience with younger colleagues.
The logs come from the finest Lithuanian forests, where only the best oak is carefully selected. This selection process ensures that only the highest quality oak reaches the sawmill. The sawmill processes approximately 1,300 m³ of logs per month, ensuring a constant supply of raw materials for the factory.
